    Giving 1 star because 0 star isn't an option. My friend and I were looking for a place to rent to cut costs for each of us. As is, we pay over $3100 a month for 2 places but Minus property management denied us a $2000 a month place. Neither one of us have ever missed a payment on either one of our places. Right this very minute, we could pay 2 months rent plus the security deposit and still afford to pay the remaining 2 months on my current lease, when those were due. Gigi went on to say that a collection item on my credit report was also a factor... which is a $117 item that isn't mine so I'm disputing it. This place is a joke. I knew better than to waste time and money on them but went against my better judgment. If you find yourself looking at one of their properties, keep looking. Spend your $30 application fee on your kids or buy yourself a big steak dinner. You will be MUCH happier in the end.

    Do not go here, I’m saving you time and money! We have to be out by July 1 it’s 4 adults. We found this beautiful home the beginning of June and of course it was by plus property management so we had no choice but apply. So we did and we called Gigi a couple days later to check up on it and she said that she had a lot of applications it was going to take her some time, that’s she wanted to give it more time to give applicants a chance we said okay! 3 weeks went by NOTHING! We would always be calling and she would say the same thing, that she’s still reviewing applications. We were hopeful we were going to get that house and if not that she would help us find something because she hadn’t said anything or even reviewed our applications although we had applied weeks ago. It was now the beginning of July and we finally got a call for Gigi to only say sorry you guys don’t qualify for small reasons. She gave us the credit report and it was dated that she had barley checked it the day before!!!! She seemed not to care or as if she didn’t want to help, we went to Hekins property management better choice the best! If your an owner do not sign a contract, that house we were looking at is still up and all the other ones we were looking at! Should have listened to the bad rating! Seems like she’s just interested in getting the application fees! So disappointed and frustrating due to the fact that we have a 1 year old and she didn’t seem to care at all! She is in no rush to help people or at least give an answer if yes or no right away not make someone wait a month just to hear oh sorry we can’t do anything for you guys! Her communication is horrible as well! I hope someone does something about it, because she is really screwing over a lot of people!

    The customer service is horrible here. Gigi was rude and very condescending. As soon as I inquired about the credit portion of the application Gigi became very rude and aggressive. I let her know that I too worked in property management and understood the job but did not appreciate the tone of her voice or attitude. She cut me off and said that I shouldn’t have brought up my credit then. When I spoke to the manager Sarah.. she was just as rude.. told me that her LC had worked in the industry for many many years. Clearly someone needs a training refresher on customer service. All in all I can tell you save your time... don’t bother with this company.. if you’re okay with rude service and aggressive attitude then this might be the place for you. Needless to say.. there is some fair housing issues going on here. Might want to reflect on that as a lawsuit could be a bad look for this company..

    Moved 3000 miles away and rented our house out through Plus and Sara Grosini. They quickly found an incredible tenant and, for the next two years did an outstanding job of managing the house, ensuring any needed repairs (not many-- it was a very good house) were done, lawn care was performed and the tenant was happy. After two years we decided to sell the house. Sara was extremely helpful in helping the tenant to relocate, ensure the house was cleaned properly and utilities were properly transferred. As a result, our house sold for top dollar in one day. We cannot say enough good things about the help and service we, and our tenant, received from Sara and Plus Property Management.
